While on screen, we saw Elly Miles, a registered nurse from Parkes, NSW, winning Matt over with toasted marshmallows by the fire on the first night.
It saw her score the ‘golden ticket’.
Now, an on-set source claims that it wasn’t the first time the pair had met. In fact, Matt and Elly, 24, had not only crossed paths before filming, they had reportedly hooked up!
“Most of the girls knew Elly had history with Matt and it caused a lot of tension in the house,” a source claims.
“They eventually confronted her about it, and she denied the rumours, but everyone knew it had happened and started to despise her for having an unfair advantage. The whole thing really upset her.”
