It’s no surprise that Khloe Kardashian considers this Aussie influencer her fitness inspiration.
Influencer Tammy Hembrow has unveiled her incredible body transformation over the years by sharing a before-and-after photo comparison.
The 25-year-old took to her Tammy Hembrow Fitness Instagram account to open up about her ongoing weight struggles.
“Anyone that knows me well knows that I’ve been up and down with my weight my entire life,” Tammy wrote in the caption.

“The difference for me is, as I learnt more about nutrition and began using heavier weights, my body and my life began to transform for the better- whether I’m at my heaviest or my leanest, I’m always working towards new goals,” the influencer continued.
“It’s not easy, but it’s so worth it.”
The hard work appears to have paid off.
The before and after photos revealed that Tammy’s body has become significantly more toned since 2014, with a noticeable increase in muscle in her posterior region.
In an exclusive interview with New Idea, Tammy revealed the trick to getting a body – or booty – like hers.
“Whether it’s a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it [exercise] in when I can,” the Gold coast celebrity said.
Tammy claimed to train three to five days a week doing minimal cardio and heavy weights – but she also says there are some simple tricks time-poor people can do to tone up as well.
“I will often do some workouts from my at-home booty program – you only need dumbbells, or I will do a HIIT workout in the lounge room.”
She also detailed her nutritional plan, emphasising that she maintained a protein-rich diet.
“I eat every two to three hours,” she explained.
“For breakfast, I usually eat oats with Women’s Best protein powder. I always have protein shakes after my workouts and love to eat fish, chicken, turkey, beans and vegetables,” she added.

The mother of two encouraged other mums to find the time to exercise, even if it’s a quick session in the lounge room.
“I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids,” Tammy said.
“I recently posted an at home HIIT workout on my YouTube channel. I did it in the process of moving house when I was really feeling the need for a pick-me-up.
“There was a lot going on that week and I was feeling it, I decided to film and post it on my channel to show how I can fit in a quick workout throughout your day.”
