Prior to marrying Prince William, Kate Middleton lived with her sister, Pippa, in a luxury three-bedroom flat in the affluent London suburb of Chelsea.
The apartment was purchased by Kate and Pippa’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, who bought the property for a cool $1.4m.
Unsurprisingly the home has now sold for more than double that price, going for an eye-watering $3.35m.

The three-storey apartment features a large living and dining room and three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, including one master suite with an ensuite bathroom and views of the Chelsea neighbourhood.
The home is understated, light and airy with neutral tones…not a bright colour in sight!
Kate moved out of the home she shared with little sister Pippa following her 2011 royal wedding to Princ William.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge now live with their three children – Prince George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and Prince Louis, one – at Kensington Palace.
