In a bowl, add honey, soy, ginger and garlic and whisk to combine.Â

Pour marinade into a ziplock bag and add prawns. Seal and leave to marinate for 15 minutes

Heat olive oil in a large frypan over a high heat. Cook prawns for 90 seconds, then turn for another 60 seconds. Serve immediately on a bed of steamed rice, sprinkled with chopped shallots and coriander for garnish.Â
