Sticky Chinese Chicken Wing Tray Bake

TIP! Replace wings with chicken nibbles (wing tips and drumettes). Cooking time may vary slightly. Try serving with microwave rice.

Ingredients

Method

1.

To make sauce, combine all ingredients with 2 tablespoons water in a small jug. Mix well.

Place chicken in a single layer in an oiled, large roasting pan. Season with garlic salt. 

3.

Cook in a hot oven (200C) for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Add onions and capsicum. Toss to combine. Return to oven. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

4.

Pour over sauce. Toss well to coat chicken. Return to oven. Cook, tossing halfway through, for a further 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and sauce is golden and sticky. Remove. 

5.

Garnish with extra green spring onions.
