This vodka-based, sweet martini cocktail is a dream come true for Nutella lovers and those looking to get their coffee fix!
TIP! Try using other flavoured coffee sachets such as hazelnut, mocha, or caramel. For an extra chocolate flavour, replace vanilla ice cream with chocolate ice cream. Disposable piping bags are available from major supermarkets.Â

Method
Spoon ½ cup of the Nutella into a disposable piping bag. Twist top. Snip tip. Pipe around inside of four martini glasses (300ml-capacity).Â
Empty coffee sachets into a medium heatproof jug. Stir in 1¼ cups hot, not boiling, water with remaining Nutella. Stir until Nutella is melted.Â
Pour coffee mixture into a blender with ice cubes, vodka, liqueur and ice-cream. Blend until smooth.Â
Pour evenly into prepared serving glasses. Serve immediately.Â
