Married At First Sight star Sam Ball has posted a video apologising for his behaviour on the show.
The reality-TV star appeared emotional in the clip shared to Instagram.

‘I’m disgusted and ashamed of the way I acted and treated other people,’ said the 26-year-old.
‘I made a lot of mistakes, and I’m going to be a better person for that,’ he added.
Sam felt the wrath of viewers after he called his wife Elizabeth Sobinoff ‘big’ on their wedding day.
During the finale, Elizabeth was clearly emotional as she revealed how Sam’s comments had affected her.
‘You judge me by my appearance, that I’m a larger girl, I’m a heavy girl, OK? So, what is he setting the tone for all women out there?’ she said.
‘I am just appalled that he would just make it so free to comment on a woman’s weight. That to me is absolutely despicable and disgusting.’
