Home And Away: Alf’s big shock as newcomer rocks the bay

Enter Ryder (Lukas Radovich), the new kid on the block, who is set to shake things up forever.

This week, the youngster makes his entrance when Alf (Ray Meagher) notices the surf club has been robbed of three cans of soft drink.

He and John (Shane Withington) report it to the police, but it’s the next day while at the surf club that Hunter (Scott Lee) and VJ (Matt Little) catch the thief red-handed and take him to Alf – who recognises him from earlier! But who exactly is Ryder?

‘I can tell you that he comes from a broken home,’ actor Lukas, 22, divulges to New Idea.

‘A single mother, who is trying her best, but Ryder is looking for something more.

‘He’s gonna go on a journey to find his family and to find out where he comes from – that’s led him to Summer Bay.’
