So, out of the remaining four Love Island couples, Austen and Claudia, Phoebe and Mitch and Callum and Mads, who do fans think will come out on top and how did they come to that conclusion?

Well, looking at betting odds on sites like SportsBet has long been a surprisingly successful way for fans to figure out who will win before it’s revealed in the finale.

For instance, betting odds allowed fans to know who won previous seasons of Beauty and the Geek and The Bachelor long before the finale aired.

In terms of Love Island, Austen Bugeja and Claudia Bonifazio are expected to win this season, as they currently have the lowest odds. They coupled up early in the season and, while they’ve had their fair share of ups and downs, are still going strong.

And it isn’t just the fans, numerous eliminated contestants from this season have told our sister site, WHO that they believe Austen and Claudia will win the show.

“In my book, it’s pretty clear that Claudia and Austen are going to win,” Tak shared after he left the Villa.

“I think they’re such an amazing couple and they are who I’m rooting for personally,” dished Vakoo

Maddy also put her money on the fan favourites winning, telling us “Claudia and Austen 100%. They’re so genuine. Like, they’re the best couple.”

“They’ve had their ups and downs, but nothing that I think would result in them breaking up anytime soon.”

Mitchell Eliot and Phoebe Spiller are currently coming in second in terms of betting odds, which is no surprise given they are also one of the season’s strongest couples.

Love Island Australia airs 6pm Monday – Thursday on 9Now.
