Being fourth in-line to the British throne sure has its perks!

The little royal has received countless lavish gifts over the years from all over the world.

When she was born, Charlotte was given a $44,000 18-karat white gold rattle encrusted with jewels from the Natural Sapphire company. She has even received a custom stuffed animal from former US President Barack Obama and wife Michelle.

‘Charlotte’s bedroom is every little girls’ dream. It has so many toys and treasures that are worth a fortune,’ the palace insider tells OK!, noting the royal has inherited an antique dollhouse – estimated to be worth a staggering $1 million – that has been in her family for nearly a century.

It’s not just toys that the 3-year-old tot has taken a liking to.

Prince William recently revealed that his daughter has already developed an expensive taste in accessories (just like mum Kate!)

The royal noted during a trip to Liverpool’s Leather Satchel Company that Princess Charlotte would be obsessed with the gift bestowed upon her by designers Keith and Gail Hanshaw – a mini satchel with her name engraved on it.

‘Charlotte will be obsessed with that,’ he said. ‘I’ll never be able to get it off her.’

Also developing a taste for the finer things early is Prince Louis, the Cambridge family’s newest addition.

Only three months old, the tiny royal has a nursery worth a mind-blowing $6 million.

According to The Sun, Prince Louis’ nursery follows the same theme as his older brother George’s bedroom, which is based around Beatrix Potter’s iconic characters, including Peter Rabbit, Jemima Puddle-Duck and Mrs Tiggy Winkle.

The plush room –  which was created by Dragons of Walton Street, a luxury interior design company based in London’s Kensington – is apparently filled with soft toys and cushions relating to the popular fiction books
