She might be a personal trainer on Home and Away but when it comes to real life, Sarah Roberts, 34, reveals that she prefers to skip the gym workouts.
“I don’t really enjoy the gym,” the actress who plays Willow tells New Idea. “I like to go running along the beach and I like to dance too – that makes me really happy. And yoga.”
In fact, Sarah’s health and fitness goals all revolve around making good decisions and being happy in your own skin.
“I think our bodies are so intelligent and can tell us so much about how we’re feeling,” she says.
“I want to try and make exercise choices that make me happy on the inside.”
When it comes to her diet, Sarah is pretty laid back.
“It depends on the day and how I’m feeling, but breakfast may be scrambled eggs with bacon or sausages,” she reveals.
“Lunch if I’m being good might be a salad from the studio canteen – I really like the haloumi salad – and dinner may be steak or salmon and salad.”
Of course, she also likes to indulge!
“Pizza and pasta are my weaknesses,” she laughs. “Right now, I’m really craving a margherita pizza.”
