What equipment can you use to measure liquid ingredients?
For liquid ingredients, you can use a measuring cup or jug that you can easily pour the liquid into.
Measuring cups and spoons are handy for dry ingredients so you can level off the ingredient and ensure you get the correct amount.
You can pick up measuring cups or spoons that use the Australian standard in most grocery stores, or online. If you are ordering online from an overseas retailer, make sure to check it is using Australian standard measurements.
