McDonald’s Australia recently teased that “something big” will be coming to its menu – and get excited because it’s finally here.WATCH: McDonald’s launches new healthy menu
Straight from across the Tasman, one of New Zealand’s best snacks has finally made its way over to Australia, and its been transformed into an ice cream.
The all-new Cookie Time McFlurry is a spin off of the popular kiwi biscuit brand, Cookie Time, in a collab that we didn’t know we were waiting for.
The Cookie Time McFlurry features pieces of chocolate chip cookies that are mixed with the classic Maccas soft serve, and is topped with hot fudge that’s swirled throughout. And while this is brand new to Aussies, the McFlurry flavour was first introduced to New Zealanders back in 2018, and it featured Cookie Time Chocolate Chunk Cookie Crumbs that came with McDonald’s caramel sauce and soft serve. The new McFlurry flavour will only be available on McDelivery via Uber Eats for the first week. But then from March 3, customers will be able to get the Cookie Time McFlurry from any Maccas restaurant nationwide. It is a limited-edition menu item (unfortunately), and will only be sticking around until the end of April.
