Generally, the A cup is considered the smallest available but for some this is still too big and compensating with a smaller band size won’t help. If you want something that’s going to fit your form you’ll have to go down a level to an AA or even AAA cup. They’re not easy to find in Australia but they are out there. There’s a growing number of lingerie companies that specialise in small cup sizes. Those on the hunt for that perfect bra should check out Little Women and Lula Lu as both offer a wonderful array of stylish bras for those with smaller boobs.

How do you determine your cup size? This involves two measurements; your bust and underbust. Bust size is determined by measuring the circumference of your chest including your breasts. Your underbust size (also known as band size) is the circumference of your chest just under your breasts around the rib cage. To determine your cup size, subtract your underbust from your bust; the smaller the difference the smaller the cup. If the difference is just a few centimetres then you’ll need to go for the smallest cup possible. To get the best fit for you, try a fitting service. Stores such as Myer offer fitting services to help you get the best bra for your size and shape.

Below is a list of some great small size bras perfect for those petite ladies who need a comfortable and supportive fit no matter what kind of bra they’re wearing.
