In a shocking interview, Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling opened up about an explosive fight involving Shannen Doherty on the set of Beverley Hills 90210 that left Spelling “shaking.”
Real-life celebrity friends Jennie and Tori explained what happened on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on Monday.

The What I Like About You star recalled a fight that was so intense that the actresses had to “take it outside.”
“I can only remember one incident and that was when, yeah, we took it outside,” Jennie said. “I’m a midwestern girl. I spent some time in Glendale, Arizona, and that makes you tough.”
When Andy Cohen probed them about who won the fight, Garth said that their male costars held them back from hitting each other.
Poor Tori was the unfortunate middleman between her feisty co-stars.
“[Tori] was the peacekeeper, that’s true, because she loved both of us,” Garth explained, noting that she and Doherty were both “young” and “so stupid.”
Spelling confessed that she kept out of the incident, revealing that she hid in her dressing room.
“I stayed in my dressing room when it was happening, shaking,” the 46-year-old admitted.
Jennie and Tori reluctantly explained the reason for the fight, explaining that Shannen had ‘pantsed’ Jennie, leaving her utterly humiliated.
“You guys were teasing each other and she, like, pulled your skirt up,” the True Tori star said.
“We were teasing, yeah, I didn’t care for that,” Garth stated, implying that her co-star had crossed a line.
“Like who does that? I wouldn’t do that to someone. … I’m pretty sure I got in her face. We are just both very strong, Aries women. We don’t back down no matter what,” the 47-year-old continued.
Earlier this week, the fellow Beverly Hills, 90210 cast members told Entertainment Tonight why they felt comfortable opening up about their clashes with Shannen (who they have since made amends with).
“You know, you have to embrace everything, even the bad things,” Garth explained.
“So, I think we were all on board to look at people’s perceptions of us and flip it and take the power back.”
