Victoria Beckham has broken her silence amid speculation that she and husband David Beckham are divorcing, calling the rumours “frustrating”.
The couple has faced a series of reports that their 19-year marriage is on the rocks after a series of outings last year showed the couple looking far form loved-up, as well as David admitting the couple’s marriage is “challenging”.
Now, the 44-year-old fashion designer has spoken out by calling the claims “annoying”.
In her interview with the Guardian, the ex-Spice girl discussed how she handles the constant rumours, “It can get quite frustrating. But I leave it to my PR team. I don’t get involved.”
It has been previously reported that Victoria’s controlling nature is a source of tension between her and David.
The mum-of-four told the publication, “You do have to be quite controlling because people do believe what they read, and when it’s completely fabricated, that’s really annoying.”
During the interview, Victoria was quick to point out that David takes on a lot of the responsibilities in the household, especially when it comes to raising their tight-knit family.
When asked where David was Victoria replied, “at home in London doing the school run, cooking dinner, helping with homework so that I can be here”.
The couple have four children together, Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13 and Harper, seven.
