After making North Bondi her home while filming season eight of The Voice, Kelly, 38, told a local publication that living in the beachside suburb has exceeded her expectations.
“When I came here, I didn’t have any expectations; I just wanted to have a good time. But It’s blown my mind,” the singer said.
The Destiny’s Child singer, her husband Tim Weatherspoon and their four-year-old son, Titan, made the move from their Los Angeles home to Sydney earlier this year so Kelly could begin filming The Voice.
“I have friends, and my son has made friends here too. My son loves being here,” Kelly told the publication.
Kelly has been a coach for the past three season’s of The Voice Australia.
She’s had an exciting season, complete with feuds with fellow judges, however her passion didn’t pay off as her contestants lost out to eventual season winner, Diana Rouvas.
By the way Kelly’s been talking, it won’t be the last we’ve seen of Team Kelly.
