In this week’s episodes of Seven Year Switch, Mark reveals a secret from his past that is set to shock viewers – he’s previously been engaged!
His partner Kaitlyn, who is desperate for an engagement of her own, opens up about Mark’s admission.
‘It hurts, because what he says to me is deep down he knew he wasn’t going to marry her,’ Kaitlyn, 28, explains.
‘It makes me feel like he’s doing the same thing to me. I do see why he’s so reserved and not wanting to jump into things – it’s because he’s been burnt in the past by his ex-fiancee, but I’m nothing like her.’
Conservative and quiet, Mark, 34, is slowly starting to come out of his shell for the cameras.
‘He’s such a closed book,’ Kaitlyn exclaims.
‘This experience is so out of his comfort zone – I can’t imagine it not helping him open up.’
This week, Kaitlyn and her switch partner Michael face off in an explosive row.
‘I was really hurt, shocked and scared… I was legitimately scared,’ Kaitlyn admits of their shocking confrontation.
‘I saw this whole other side. Michael would never hurt anyone, but I was very scared.’
