Canadian citizen John Ford was reportedly ordered to return to his home country at his hearing in El PasoTexas, after the creep was arrested in New Mexico, according to TMZ

The publication has reported that Ford entered the United States through the state of Montana on the Canadian-American border, and travelled on a non-immigrant B-2 visa, which is a visitor’s visa where the individual is not allowed to accept employment.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer told TMZ: “This timely arrest could very well have prevented a violent crime.”

The ICE officer continued: “Our special agents acted quickly on this tip to ensure that this obsessive behaviour didn’t escalate to become a tragedy.”

Jenner, who is the second youngest sibling in the Kardashian-Jenner family, was granted a permanent restraining order against Ford back in November after he broke into her Los Angeles home, twice.

Ford had managed to scale the fence to the gated community to access Jenner’s home and made it as far as Kendall’s swimming pool.

The incident was said to have a severe impact on Kendall’s life, and a judge approved a five-year order which bans Ford from being within 100 metres of the Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star.

Ford was arrested the first time in a terrifying incident back in September when he broke into the supermodels Hollywood home, and made it all the way to her front porch.
