Former 90s power couple Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder are said to be hooking up again, according to a US report.

Sources tell Star magazine that the actor has been ‘contacting mutual friends’ to get in touch with Winona.
‘He wants to meet up and see how things pan out,’ said the insider.
The couple who dated in the 90s for over four years are said to be on good terms and Winona was reportedly one of the first to come to Johnny’s defence when his ex-wife Amber Heard made abuse claims.
That said, friends of the actress aren’t too happy at the thought of the couple reuniting.
The former pair are ‘talking on the phone and exchanging texts’ yet ‘friends are urging Winona to go nowhere near him,’ reports Star.
‘She’s a fragile soul and doesn’t need a hell raiser like him in her life,’ they add.
Johnny Depp’s romantic life has been under a cloud following allegations he abused his ex, Amber Heard – something he vehemently denies.
‘I have denied Ms. Heard’s allegations vehemently since she first made them in May 2016 when she walked into court to obtain a temporary restraining order with painted-on bruises that witnesses and surveillance footage show she did not possess each day of the preceding week. I will continue to deny them for the rest of my life.” the actor, 55, said in court documents released by PEOPLE.
‘I never abused Ms. Heard or any other woman,’ he added.
The father-of-two also alleged in the documents that he was the victim of abuse, not Amber.
