“He can’t imagine how he could possibly redeem himself now,” says Jackson.
Indeed, Brody has never hated himself more than when Ziggy declares she has big plans to mark the anniversary of when they first met.
And Brody is even more torn when Simone later meets him and tells him she no longer intends to leave the Bay.
“Simone’s not holding anything back,” says Jackson. “She feels this is more than just a lustful fling – that it’s a genuine heartfelt connection.”
