Former glamour model Nicola Robinson has commented on the removal of her “toxic” breast implants and preparing herself for a future pregnancy.

The 40-year-old wife of paleo chef Pete Evans, posted a lengthy rant to Instagram revealing her choice to remove the implants in the hope that the couple’s future involves a “bub”.

“I’ve felt an innate need to do everything to make sure that my body is an absolute temple,” she writes under the handle @nutritionmermaid.

“If by chance my husband & I hit the jackpot & a sweet little bub was to come through me/us, plus of course there’s the two lil extraordinary Angels that are already in my life, that I would never wish to be influenced by me or anyone else to make the same, naive, fear driven choice that I did many, many moons ago”

The two “Angels” referring to Pete’s daughters Indii and Chilli, from his first marriage to Bondi-based, House of Chocolates’ owner Astrid Edlinger.

The former model, who has had a total of three breast augmentations, recently shared an image from e-book Sacred Womb Rituals by Dr. Azra and Seren Bertrand.

Assisting in “nourishing the feminine soul”, the e-book features “lovingly-crafted rituals, ceremonies and inspiration, along with recipes for herbal preparations, teas, crystal essences and aromatic oils to support your explorations into the mystical feminine pathways”.

These social posts, coupled with Evan’s admission that he is open to having more children, spell future pregnancy for the couple. ‘”I’m not sure what the future holds – we’ll see what happens,” he cryptically told TV Week.

It is worth noting the effect this book may be having on Robinson. In the same anti-implant post, Nicole refers to her body as an “Earth Suit” and “sacred vessel” using unicorn and popular ‘clasped hands’ emojis.
