The love is well and truly still alive in the Beckham household!
Speaking to Radio 4 recently, David Beckham opened up about his relationship with his wife of 17 years.
The former soccer player who had a famously huge wedding in 1999 – wanted low key affair this time around.
Beckham, 42, said the ceremony took place in their home.
“We did throw a lot at [the wedding]. We have renewed our vows since then and it was a lot more private, there was about six people there in our house.”
The two share four children together, Brooklyn, Cruz, Romeo and Harper.
On how the two keep their love alive, he said they focus on their family unit.
“Whenever we’ve come up against tough times, we know each other better than anybody knows us so we talk. Do we stay together because it’s a brand? Of course not. We stay together because we love each other.”
‘We stay together because we have four amazing children. Of course we go through tough times. When we go through tough times we work through it as a unit, as a family.’
The two share three sons Brooklyn, Cruz, Romeo and daughter Harper together.
