Cass Thorburn has lashed out at claims that she chose a petty number plate for her ‘new ‘ Mini Cooper, after The Daily Telegraph reported that Cass purchased personalised number plates that read ‘Fizzy’, knowing that ‘Fizzy’ is ex-husband Karl Stefanovic’s nickname for new wife, Jasmine Yarbrough.

“I don’t know who is saying it, but the facts are far from what’s been said,” she replied to a commenter who mentioned the number plate story on Instagram.
The jilted ex-wife went even further by stating that the car (and its number plates) are not new, and despite what the publication reported the Dancing With The Star’s star was never contacted for comment.
“I was never contacted by the media to ask about the four-year-old car and its number plate,” she replied on Instagram.
“It seems the bullying campaign in some sections of the media, to make me out to be someone I’m not, continues three years on.”
The ex-Today show host and his shoe designer wife, used the celebratory hashtag ‘#letsgetfizzyKarl’ when they tied the knot in a luxe Mexico ceremony in December last year.
Karl Stefanovic and Cassandra Thorburn were married for 21 years and share three children together, Jackson, Ava and River.
The couple separated in 2016.
