Former AFL star Brad Green today announced his wife of 6 years, Anna, passed away after suffering an eye injury.

Anna and Brad share two sons together, Oliver, 9, and Wilba, 7.

According to the Daily Mail, Anna passed away on the weekend from complications from surgery.
