Classic Italian capricciosa pizza featuring ham, artichokes and mushrooms.

Method
1.Preheat oven to 240°C. Roll 
out dough following How To 
Roll Out Dough on page 31.
2.Spread sauce over dough round, leaving a 1cm border. 
Top with ½ of the mozzarella. Arrange artichoke, mushroom, 
ham and olives on top, followed 
by remaining mozzarella.
3.Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and pizza dough edge is golden and crisp. Serve.
