“Cameron’s absolutely radiant! She can’t stop touching her tummy and could be hiding a growing baby bump,” an insider snitched to National Enquirer.
The couple have reportedly been trying for a baby since 2014, but have struggled to get pregnant.
“They tried the old- fashioned way, but it just wasn’t happening,” added the insider.
According to the publication, the 47-year-old eventually opted for the IVF route and was successful.
“Cameron’s in total nesting mode,” a source claimed.
“She’s stocking up on baby clothes and she’s even bought a copy of ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting.’ If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is.”
According to the insider the actress ‘is getting pointers from friends like Drew Barrymore and her sister-in-law Nicole Richie.’
“She’s hinting that after years of trying, her dream of starting a family with Benji may finally be coming true.”
The couple’s reps declined to comment on the claims.
Cameron Diaz’s good friend Selma Blair claimed the actress was ‘retiring’ from her career to focus on family life with her husband Benji Madden. Cameron herself says she is still in the game though.
Selma, who starred alongside Cameron in 2002 comedy The Sweetest Thing, spoke out at the Oscar’s Vanity Fair pre-party about doing a potential sequel for the movie.
‘I would have liked to do a sequel but Cameron’s retired from acting, she’s like “I’m done”,’ said the Cruel Intentions star.
‘I mean, she doesn’t need to make any more films, she has a pretty great life, I don’t know what it would take to bring her back.’
Cameron has been on a break from acting since her last movie, Annie, which was released in 2014.
Shortly after filming Annie, the 45-year-old met Benji Madden and married him in a top-secret ceremony in 2015.
Us Weekly reported Cameron was more interested in settling into family life than her continuing her film career.
