Ariel Winter has taken to Instagram to debut a brand new look and her fans do not know what to make of it.
We don’t mean to suggest they don’t love her brand new image – they absolutely do – but some cannot believe it is actually her!
“Wait. I’m confused,” wrote one. “Is this you?”
“It caught me off-guard too,” shared another, before adding, “but I’d recognise that smile anywhere.”
It’s a damn good thing Ariel’s smile hasn’t changed because just about every other inch of her has. The Modern Family star is now 21 and she is all grown up.
She has lost a little weight, (she recently revealed much of her curvy figures was due to a medication she was taking) and now cuts a more trim figure.
Even her face is thinner and we have to say it – girl looks amazing. But it’s not her growing up that has made the most difference. It’s her brand new utterly stunning copper hair hue.
You see Ariel is no longer a rich brunette but a fiery redhead and whoah – the colours suits her so incredibly well it’s hard to believe she wasn’t born with it.
The rich, auburn strands are reminiscent of those of Julianne Moore and they look every bit as gorgeous. So much so we’ve already put a call in to our favourite colourist to see if there’s any possibility of our doing the same. Turns out this colour requires a decent amount of bleaching first and is as high maintenance as a white blonde.
Still, if the end result is anything like Ariel’s then hey – we say it’s worth it. And then some.
