As well as preserving the iconic dessert business, the purchase of Sara-Lee by the Quinn family has also saved more than 200 jobs at the manufacturing facility in Lisarow, NSW.
"Sara Lee is an iconic brand and category leader," administrator Vaughan Strawbridge said when confirming the exciting news that the dessert business would be saved.
