Taking to Instagram, the 58-year-old posted a picture of herself standing next to a wedding dress, just hours after she attended the nuptials of Lady Gabriella Windsor and Thomas Kingston alongside her ex-husband.
As a result, her followers were quick to comment with some even hoping perhaps Sarah and Prince Andrew would soon announce their plans to remarry.
"Thought you might be tying the knot again for a second," one fan wrote to which someone else replied: "Andrew will love seeing you walk towards him again in that dress."
Meanwhile, another shared: "Wishing you and the Duke of York will remarry soon, you're such a great couple to watch, still very close after being divorce for decades."
However, Sarah's post was not an engagement announcement, but rather an image to shine a light on those forced into child marriage.
"I visited the pop-up boutique of @brides_do_good@bicesterVillage and was moved by their mission," the caption read.
"Brides do Good is a social enterprise that sells designer wedding dresses and donates up to two thirds of the proceeds to projects that provide safe education for girls."
