REVEALED! What perfume Meghan will wear on her wedding day!

It has hints of citrus and ginger

The countdown is well and truly on for the wedding of the year!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are set to tie the knot on May 19 at St Georges Chapel on the grounds of Windsor Castle in the UK.

And while we don’t know what Meghan will be wearing down the aisle, we now have an insight into what she might smell like.

Floris London, the perfumer with a royal warrant from Queen Elizabeth II, has revealed that it submitted a bespoke citrus inspired scent for Meghan to wear on her big day.

According to People, the company submitted a scent based on its existing, Bergamotto di Positano perfume.

The company describes the scent as, ‘a unisex citrus marine eau de parfum that evokes the warmth of a Mediterranean sea breeze, sunshine and clear shimmering water.’

It combines bergamot, mandarin and orange blossom with hints of ginger, vanilla and wood.

If Meghan chooses to wear Floris she will be following in the footsteps of The Queen, who is believed to have worn the brand’s White Rose eau de toilette on her wedding day back in 1947.
