Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to start growing their own food in an organic vegetable plot.
A royal insider has revealed that the royal duo will grow vegetables, herbs and soft fruits at their new home.
“The Duchess has a passion for cooking so it was suggested to include a small plot in the spacious garden where they can grow some of their own produce,” said the source.
“She regularly cooks for Prince Harry and the cottage will be the perfect place for her to prepare meals with some home grown produce from their own garden.”
“It is understood that she wants to be able grow vegetables, herbs and soft fruits.”
According to another source, the royal parents-to-be had faced delays on their move and have become “very demanding”.
“It’s been all hands to the pump. The builders have worked all week whatever the weather. But they keep making changes, particularly on the layout,” revealed the insider.
“The word is they’ve been quite demanding, which is understandable as what homeowner doesn’t want their house to be perfect?”
