Soon-to-be Royal, Meghan Markle, gave Prince Harry a super sweet nickname just weeks after they met for their first date.
A friend of the former Suits actress, Gina Nelthorpe-Crowne, has revealed that Meghan affectionately calls the Prince, ‘Haz’.
What’s more Gina has also spilled the beans on the couple’s early days and that fateful first date in London.
‘Meghan had just told me, ‘I’m going on a date tonight!’ Gina told Express of the couples first meeting.
‘After the date, she was telling me what a great guy he was, a real gentleman, genuinely nice, and when I asked if she would see him again, she said, ‘Well, it looks like it!’’
In the days that followed, Gina has revealed that Meghan started signing off her messages to ‘Haz’ with: ‘Sending love XOXOXO, MM.’
And, Gina revealed that she knew the couple were meant to be when they took their first romantic getaway to Botswana.
‘I’m sure that the Botswana trip is what clinched the deal,’ she revealed. ‘I knew that would do it for them – Africa has that effect.’
