Aussie supermarket chain Woolworths have revealed that they will be releasing a limited edition Lotus Biscoff hot cross bun flavour.

Given the overwhelming popularity of the sweet spread, we are sure this Easter treat will fly off the shelves, much like its predecessor, the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake, which sold out frequently when it launched last year.

Available to purchase from now, the latest addition to the Woolworths hot cross bun range joins fellow fun flavours – Fairy Bread & Caramilk.
“This new variety was hard to keep secret,” hot cross bun expert and Woolworths Bakery Merchandise Manager Donald Keith revealed when announcing the delicious collaboration.

Whilst traditional hot cross buns can be eaten both cold and warm, the experts at Woolworths do recommend heating these hot cross buns before indulging to better enjoy their delicious biscoff centre.
