Keeping Up Appearances actor Clive Swift passes away

Keeping Up Appearances actor Clive Swift has passed away aged 82.

The British star acted alongside Patricia Routledge on the long-running series, as Hyncinth Bucket’s husband Richard.

According to The Sun, Swift died “peacefully in his home” surrounded by family.

The veteran actor also starred in the Doctor Who Christmas special as Dr Copper.

Tributes poured in for the actor on Twitter.
