Well, according to reports, Meghan and Harry spent two nights at the exclusive Hotel Vilon in the luxurious Borghese Suite after arriving on a commercial flight.

The historical residence, which features a king-sized bed, art deco furniture and a private sitting room is said to have set the couple back $2200 per night.

The hotel website states that the rooms and suites “provide an inviting bright ambiance ranging from intimate cozy bedrooms to unique original suites, many of which have private terraces with exclusive views of the Borghese Palace Gardens.”

The five-star hotel is also located close to some of Rome’s most iconic landmarks including the Trevi fountain and the Spanih steps.

Misha Nonoo and Michael Hess celebrated their wedding with a sunset ceremony in Rome on Friday.

The glitzy couple were married in a romantic ceremony at Villa Aurelia, a lavish 17th-century villa which boasts breath-taking views across Rome from its gardens. Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie with their partners Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and Jack Brooksbank also joined in the big day.

Meghan and Nonoo have been close friends for some time, with the designer recently working with the Duchess on a capsule collection that benefits Smart Works – a charity that helps unemployed women find professional clothing for job interviews.

The designer previously attended Meghan’s infamous New York baby shower and also made her first public appearance with Mikey at the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan last year.

Rumoured to be the matchmaker behind the royal couple’s romance, Misha also designed the famous white ‘husband shirt’ that Meghan wore for her first public appearance with Prince Harry at the Invictus games last year.
