His raven-haired companion rocked a navy bikini with matching Brazilian cut bottoms and appeared thrilled to be spending time with the hunky heart throb.
Pledger, who plays bad boy Mason Morgan on the long-running Channel 7 staple, hit headlines for a very different reason in 2018 when he saved a woman from being assaulted.
Attacker Justin Bird had thrown the woman against a car and grabbed her handbag when the young actor intervened and pinned him down.
Speaking on Channel 7’s Sunrise programme in June, Pledger said he noticed a man stalking a woman in the street in Sydney’s inner city suburb of Surry Hills and instantly got a bad feeling about the situation.
He chose to follow the man and ensure the woman was safe, admitting: “My gut instinct told me that something was wrong.”
“There was a split decision, there was a moment where I thought, wow, this is actually happening – so of course I had the choice, but the way I was brought up I just did what I thought was right.”
