Leah (Ada Nicodemou) has made it abundantly clear that she disapproves of their budding relationship, but the chemistry between Hunter (Scott Lee) and the considerably older Christina (Jessica Clarke) is about to get even steamier.
‘Christina has offered Hunter a really exciting work-placement opportunity, and it has snowballed into something a little bit heated between them,’ says Scott.
‘At first, Hunter is surprised that an older woman appears to be hitting on him – he didn’t really believe it. Hunter is 19 and Christina is 30, so there is quite a bit of an age gap.’
In real life, Scott is seven years older than his character.
‘I’m 26 – I have a baby face,’ he laughs. ‘But as an actor, I was really excited to jump into something a little bit different and like nothing I’ve ever done on the show before.’
Meanwhile, Christina feels ambushed when Leah confronts her. Leah accuses Christina of using Hunter for a ‘bit of fun’ and not respecting that he’s a sensitive soul with a deeply troubled past.
Will Leah’s words simply fall on deaf ears?
Also this week, Coco (Anna Cocquerel) and Ryder (Lukas Radovich) look set to take the next major step in their relationship.
