Home and Away favourite and former The Bachelor star Sam Frost was having the time of her life on the set of the hit drama, despite the wintery chill descending on New South Wales, where the show is filmed.

The star was all smiles and enjoying a good laugh with co-star Jake Ryan as they shot scenes, with Sam donning a thick jacket as the temperatures dropped and rain threatened to put a dampener on the Bay’s reputation for eternal sunshine.
The pair checked their lines in between takes for the show, with the cast and crew no doubt hopeful that the sky wouldn’t open up and ruin the day’s shooting.
Sam’s coat came off when the cameras began to roll, revealing a pretty, summery dress, that maintained the Bay’s reputation as a haven for sun-lovers.
Former Home and Away star Dannii Minogue has spoken in the past about how winter can create some issues on the hit show, which is famed for it’s depiction of a glorious outdoors lifestyle.
‘For a lot of the time we girls had to wear a bikini – even in winter which can be chilly,’ she has said.
‘I remember a few of us asking the producer if we could wear something less revealing, more suitable for the winter. The reply came back from the network: “It’s always summer in Summer Bay.”’
