With his washboard abs and toned physique, we would forgive you for thinking that a piece of chocolate has never passed through Orpheus Pledger’s lips.
But, the 25-year-old actor who plays Mason on Home and Away reveals that he loves to pig out from time to time.
“My cheat meal is an extremely large chicken burger with M&Ms and a can of coke and some ice-cream,” he tells New Idea. “I absolutely indulge!”
Now, that sounds like a diet we can get around!
Of course, when it comes to his everyday diet, Orpheus has to say adios to the burger’s and chocolate.
“Ideally, I’d have a bowl of oats, some water and maybe some frozen egg whites heated up in the microwave for breakfast,” he says of his diet.
“I follow that with a salad with chicken breast and a larger portion of something similar for dinner.”
Despite, having s set of abs that would make women drool, Orpheus revealed that he still gets self-conscious about parts of his body.
“Yes, there’s things I’d like to change about my body,” he admits.
“But as I grow more in life and accept and learn more about life, I’m tending to be more open and happy for who I am and what I am.”
