Raffy’s (Olivia Deeble) sixteenth birthday party gets underway tonight, with the gorgeous teen in for a huge surprise when Ryder (Lukas Radovich) arrives with her best friend Coco (Anna Cocquerel), who has been away from the Bay for quite some time.

“Raffy’s so happy to see Coco again,” says Olivia.
But while Coco is thrilled to be back in town to celebrate her bestie’s very special day, she’s anything but happy to see her ex-brother-in-law Brody (Jackson Heywood), who is now in the arms of Simone (Emily Eskell).
And Coco’s not about to keep her feelings to herself.
Meanwhile, still on their way back to the Bay, Colby (Tim Franklin) is at his wit’s end with Bella (Courtney Miller).
Unable to talk sense into his younger sister, he turns the car around and takes the teen back to the rally town. But is Colby making a huge mistake?
