Grant Denyer has taken to his 2DayFM breakfast radio show to share some exciting news…well, sort of.
The Gold Logie winner announced on the Em, Grant & Ed show that he and partner of eight years Cheryl were considering expanding their brood.
‘Look we’re not trying right now but I don’t know if we’ve completely closed the door exactly,’ he told his co-hosts.
Ed Kavalee probed further, ‘Who was the last person out of you and Chezzi to bring up the idea of having another child? And when?’
Grant then admitted that it was Cheryl who last raised the idea, and it was ‘last week.’
Interestingly, Grant said he was ‘worried’ about the prospect ofCheryl getting pregnant as they both have a history of twins in their family.
‘We have about 17 sets of extended twins in our family tree and it has been a while… since we’ve had some (kids),’ he said.
Grant continued: ‘I have this deep down feeling if we go again, it’s going to be twins! And if we go again it will probably be girls!’
It’s undecided at this stage!’ he concluded.
‘You heard it here first Grant Denyer and Chezzi pregnant with twins!’ Em Rusciano joked with her co-hosts.
The couple already share two children, Sailor, 7 and Scout, 2.
