Have you enjoyed your time on Home And Away so far?
Honestly, it’s been one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had while working. The energy and enthusiasm that the cast and crew share is so infectious.
Have you formed a strong bond with your on-screen family?
We adore each other more than is possible to put into words. It’s difficult to explain, but the amount of respect we have for one another is like nothing I’ve ever experienced while working, personally. We’ve come to feel like a real family, even when the cameras aren’t rolling.
Do you ever hang out together outside of work?
Yeah, we do. In a few weeks, we are getting together at my place for a little dinner party – just us four. I’ll cook my favourite lasagne and Rohan is making dessert. He’s into baking. Anna’s bringing appetisers and Sophie is bringing the board games.
What’s it like playing someone married with kids on TV?
I love playing a mum. I’m honoured to represent so many women out there who are doing it all. I hope I’m doing it justice!
You have a special birthday coming up next year – how are you feeling about it?
I feel great about it actually. Bring on the 40s, I say. I’m so grateful I made it this far!
